If you are a reader who wants to share a personal experience with a product — a support nightmare, an unexpected renewal charge, an install that broke your machine — we are interested. Real user stories inform future revisions of our reviews and often become entries in the community-signal section.

Corrections

If you spot a factual error on any page — wrong pricing, wrong test score, a broken link, a stale claim about a feature — please tell us. Corrections are taken seriously and acted on, usually within 48 hours for clear-cut cases.
